Terms & Conditions (Products and Services)
Foreword
1.º These general sales terms are agreed between Evolut.green, with headquarters in Rua do Proletariado nº7, Lote 1 – 2794-076 Carnaxide – PORTUGAL, tax number 503 585 491 and phone number (+351) 211 165 467, or (+351) 932 099 203, hereafter referred to as “Evolut" and the individuals or companies that wish to make purchases via the website (www.evolut.green), hereafter referred to as “User".
2.º Both parties agree that all purchases made via de website (www.evolut.green) are regulated exclusively by this agreement, excluding any previous conditions available on this website.
Article 2 – Orders
1. The user completes their order by finalizing the purchase process presented on the website (www.evolut.green), adding their desired products or services to their shopping basket:
2. To fulfill their order, the User must do the following:
a) Go the products/services page on the website (www.evolut.green) and select the product/service they wish to order.
b) Complete the information and choose from the options that will be available throughout the finalizing process (delivery address and invoicing, sending options, payment method, as well as VAT number and name you wish to add to your invoice).
3. The final confirmation of the order by the User corresponds to fully accepting the relevant prices and product/service descriptions, as well as these terms and conditions that will be the only ones applicable to this agreement.
4. Evolut will honor all online orders, up to a limit of the available stock. In the event of a lack of availability of a specific product/service, Evolut shall inform the User as soon as possible.
5. All data included in the invoice is the responsibility of the User. It is not possible to re-issue an invoice that has already been issued.
6. Any order requests will be available for 14 (fourteen) days, except if the order results from a promotional campaign that states otherwise. It will not be possible to ensure the provision of service, prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this deadline. In case the payment is not received by our team within the due date, the order won’t proceed. If we receive any payment after the due date, that amount will be returned or used in a new purchase.
Article 3 – Payment
1. On the website (www.evolut.green), Evolut offers the User the following payment options via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
- MBWay;
- PayPal;
2. For credit card payments, the debit will happen immediately in the User’s bank card after confirmation of expedition. If any of the products/services ordered are sold out, the corresponding amount will be credited in the User’s card, upon finalizing the order.
Article 4 – Delivery / Availability and Consumption
1. The order delivery will take place after the payment has been processed. We have selected TNT as our delivery service company.
2. Your order might include shipping fees: 25€ (twenty five euros) if you’re in Portugal (mainland). If the delivery address is outside of this region, we will calculate the shipping fees, case by case. The User can opt for receiving their orders in our office, thus avoiding the shipping fees.
3. This service will be available after the payment has been received.
Article 5 – Prices
1. All prices are in Euros, including all taxes and fees, considering the VAT rate applicable at the date of the order.
2. If any of the products/services’ prices increase, between the order date and the delivery date, the User will be immediately informed, having the option to receive their order, as planned (given that they pay the price difference) or to cancel it.
Article 6 – Cancellation and Returns
1. The cancellation or returns process is dealt with case by case, by Evolut. This request must come in written to the following email address sales@evolut.green, or via phone call to this number (+351) 211 165 467, or (+351) 932 099 203, up to 14 days after the order has been placed. The cancellation or payment/product returns’ instructions will be dealt with and defined by Evolut, using the same communications channel.
2. Whenever possible the returns should take place using the same payment method. When that is not possible, the User should present proof of payment and account/card ownership, so that the BACS transfer can take place.
3. Evolut strives to reimburse the User within 14 days.
4. The returned products must be in selling conditions, meaning, in the same state in which they arrived to the hands of the User, without any malfunctions or damages.
5. If the amount resulting from the exchange of products from an order is lower or higher than the original order, Evolut will indicate the conditions of the adjustment.
Article 7 – Privacy Policy
The processing of your data is done according to the personal data protection regulation. This data is subject to processing and will be added to the Evolut’s database, for the record, and to present other products and services, as well as institucional information.
It is your choice to provide us with your data and, by law, you have the right to access, amend and delete any personal details: to that, please send an email to privacy@evolut.green.
